Information entered in the form is used in your browser to prepare a request message. This version has no form backend and does not submit the form to EL DÖVİZ or save it as a registered request.
Display preferences
Only your language selection and rate display unit (toman or rial) are stored in browser localStorage for your next visit; form information is not saved there. You can remove these preferences through your browser’s site-data settings.
Contact through WhatsApp
If a verified number is configured and you choose WhatsApp, your entered request text is added to a WhatsApp link. Opening the link shares that information with WhatsApp; sending the message and further use depend on your choices and that service’s policies.
Rate retrieval and external services
For rates, the browser sends only a GET request to /api/rates on the site’s own origin. The server connects to an external rate data provider using a secret key stored on the server. The form amount and selected currencies are not sent with this rate request. No behavioural analytics or advertising trackers have been added; however, operational logs from the server and the external rate data provider may record technical request information. Data processing by any new service must be reviewed and explained separately.
Sensitive information and contact
Do not enter passwords, full card numbers, login details or document images in the initial form. The data controller’s details and a channel for privacy requests must be completed before actual publication.
